Someone who i have known for sometime, not so much on a personal level though, passed a rather "sick" comment today. I used to think of this person as a rather educated one. But according to this person "the poor workers of bengal deserve misery and joblesness because mamta banerji is against the TATA factory." This person when argued against by me said that the people are not doing anything about it and hence they deserve to lose their jobs. Now this pathetic person is rather unaware of the Singur Peace Deal and yet they do not want to accept their mistake. Also i would like to ask him/her if they are very happy with everything in delhi and if they aren't, why aren't they holding a dharna in front of shiela dixit's house... This doesn't happen. You can't go against anything and everything till things get too extreme, which in case of bengal didn't with the conflict being resolved within weeks. I think this person is rather "uneducated" and should reserve his/her comments to self.
ps: i wanted to use much extreme vocabulary against him/her but i won't here... but whosoever reads this has full right to assume that i meant to use rather un-ladylike words.

It is difficult to stand people who argue to satisfy their egos. There is little to learn from them.I think it would be fair to say, I understand your predicament!
you said it right... I have felt this many a time. People start passing comments out of nowhere( egotistic!) and they never wanna be corrected by someone else, no matter what a goddamn bullshit they might have told..
@titash, rohit: thanks for the support guys!!
